MJH acts as legal advisor in the acquisition of Klinika Neuroradiochirurgii sp. z o.o. by POLMED S.A.

We are pleased to announce that the team at MJH Moskwa, Jarmul, Haładyj i Partnerzy acted as legal advisor in another significant transaction on the medical services market in Poland.

POLMED S.A., one of the largest private healthcare providers in the country, signed a preliminary agreement to acquire 100% of the shares in Kliniki Neuroradiochirurgii sp. z o.o. (KN), which operates the Radom Oncology Centre, Radom Family Centre and Gamma Knife Centre in Warsaw. Thanks to this acquisition, POLMED will expand its operations to include oncology and strengthen its position in the area of specialist healthcare.

The scope of our work included comprehensive legal advice at every stage of the transaction – from due diligence analysis, through transaction structuring, to the negotiation process and comprehensive advice on obtaining financing from investment partners.

The transaction remains subject to regulatory approvals and the fulfilment of conditions precedent.
