Krzysztof Haładyj is the new general partner of the Law Firm!

Dr Krzysztof Haładyj joins MJH as a partner – general partner.

We are pleased to announce that on 2 September 2020, Dr Krzysztof Haładyj joined our law firm as a general partner. From that date, the law firm has been operating under the name MJH Moskwa, Jarmul, Haładyj i Wspólnicy spółka komandytowa.

Krzysztof has nearly 20 years of experience in providing legal advice to the financial sector. He supports banks, investment funds and entrepreneurs in the processes of debt acquisition and restructuring, and advises public companies on the regulatory aspects of their operations.

For the last eight years, Krzysztof has been a partner in the Warsaw offices of Baker McKenzie and Eversheds Sutherland Wierzbowski. He is also a lecturer at the Faculty of Economic Sciences of the University of Warsaw and the author of numerous publications.

Krzysztof's joining the firm's general partners strengthens our two foundations: an experienced and well-coordinated team of lawyers and a growing group of regular clients, who allow us to develop the firm and provide services of the highest quality.
