Iwo Klijewicz joins the MJH finance team.

We are pleased to announce that on 1 March 2021, Iwo Klijewicz joined the finance team at MJH Moskwa, Jarmul, Haładyj i Partnerzy as Senior Counsel.

Mr Klijewicz is a barrister with over 14 years of professional experience gained in international law firms and financial institutions. He specialises in debt financing, with particular emphasis on debt restructuring in both court and out-of-court proceedings, as well as in bankruptcy law.

During his career, Mr Klijewicz has participated in the largest and most complex debt restructuring processes in Poland, representing debtors, creditors and other stakeholders, including shareholders and investors. His experience has been repeatedly recognised by international rankings and legal directories, such as Chambers Europe and IFLR 1000, which recommend him as an expert in the field of financing and restructuring.
