At the beginning of April, Dr Jarosław Łukawski, a legal adviser with over 20 years of experience in competition law, merger control and consumer regulations, joined the group of partners at MJH Moskwa, Jarmul, Haładyj i Partnerzy – Adwokaci i Radcowie Prawni spółka partnerska.

Dr Jarosław Łukawski has unique experience in advising entities from the FMCG, logistics services (KEP market) and energy market sectors.

Along with Dr Jarosław Łukawski, the following individuals have also joined MJH:

• Marta Balcerowska – an expert in antitrust and consumer law, specialising in providing services to entities in the pharmaceutical and e-commerce industries,
• Jan Siesicki – a lawyer advising leading domestic and international entities on competition law, contractual advantage and payment backlogs.
